Takeshi Takazawa began with A3 in 1988 and now serves as Vice President for Innovative Initiatives. He served as the National Director of A3/Japan from 2015-'17 and has taught in most countries where A3 operates. In addition, he currently serves on the A3 International Ministry Leadership team. Dorrie Takazawa is a gifted trainer and coach and pitches in to help Takeshi.
