Carter, a 13-year-old with Down Syndrome, who resides with his loving family comprising of his mom, older brother, and little sister. In a heartwarming gesture, his mom is eager to sacrifice part of the living/dining space to craft a dedicated bedroom for Carter, ensuring he has a space of his own tailored to his unique needs and comfort.

We plan to create a personalized haven for Carter within the living/dining area, ensuring he has a space of his own while fostering family togetherness. The design includes shelves for organizing his games and essential furniture like a desk, "big" bed, and dresser. To enhance Carter's independence, we'll provide assistive technology such as a wall-mounted TV, passcode door, and LED lights. Additionally, we're spreading joy throughout the home by redecorating the siblings' rooms, ensuring that each member of the family feels cherished and comfortable in their own space. Your support makes this transformation possible, bringing smiles and warmth to the entire family!
