Help Us Support Asa!

Welcome Home Angel provides relief through accessible living spaces for children with life-changing health conditions or injuries. Asa is a vibrant teen who loves classic rock and movies.  As a recent high school graduate, he strives to be increasingly independent and plans for his makeover have been developed to support this goal.

Our objective is to renovate and expand the current laundry room, converting it into a fully accessible bathroom. Simultaneously, we aim to relocate the washer/dryer from the existing bathroom, creating a single-level space that Asa can access independently, fostering greater autonomy. We plan to enhance storage for medical supplies and create a physical therapy area in the bedroom for strength-building and future mobility goals. Lastly, we'd like to adapt the kitchen for sustained independence and install a secondary egress point with a deck and ramp connected to the new ensuite for added safety.
