Your donation directly strengthens our community and helps local workers purchase their first home.

This year, the Telluride Foundation launched a new Down Payment Assistance Program, offering up to $100,000 through a Shared Appreciation Loan—an expansion of our long-running Forgivable Loan Program. Thanks to generous donors and regional partners, we raised $1.3 million to launch this effort and have already helped 15 hardworking community members become homeowners.
