The local host committee is committed to supporting a National Tournament experience that leads to teams having an enjoyable experience. We are working to keep costs for concessions low to decrease barriers to students attending having access to nutrition and hydration. We are working to create a plan for  hospitality to support our educators who are giving up a week of their life to make Nationals available to their students. We will have costs associated with our volunteer infrastructure (shirts, meals, lodging), local gifts that highlight Iowa for our champions, scholarships for Iowa schools, and more. Finally, as a local host committee we are committed to decreasing the financial burden as much as possible on the organization so the NSDA can further invest in speech and debate. Your support will make a difference locally and nationally!
