The Listener’s Way: Bringing the Gospel to Prisoners Who Need It Most

Right now, behind prison walls overseas, thousands of men and women sit in isolation—longing for hope but unable to access God’s Word. Many can’t read. Many can’t find a Bible in their native language. Many speak a language without written form. Many have never heard Jesus’ name. But they can listen.
That’s why The Listener’s Way exists—to bring the Gospel in audio and visual form directly into prisons, allowing prisoners to experience Jesus in their native language through the power of hearing the Word.
How The Listener’s Way Works
📖 Step 1: The Word Comes to Them Prisoners join sessions to listen to a Proclaimer listening device—a durable, solar-powered audio Bible pre-loaded with Scripture in their native language.
🎧 Step 2: They Gather to Listen Listening groups form inside prison walls, where prisoners hear, discuss and experience the Gospel together—often for the very first time.
🙏 Step 3: Lives Are Transformed As prisoners listen, something incredible happens: hearts soften, hope is restored and lives begin to change. Through these gatherings, prisoners build faith, find purpose and take their first steps toward freedom in Christ.
