The Streets Are No Place to Sleep

The Streets Are No Place to Sleep

Sleeping outside in the winter can be dangerous.

As temperatures hit dangerous lows, hypothermia sets in without socks, gloves, and warm clothing. Hands and feet go numb and your entire body shakes.

That is why we do all we can to make sure no one has to sleep on the street in the winter. We put sleeping mats on the floor if needed.

Street life is hard, dangerous, and short. As well as worrying about cold weather, you have to worry about your things being stolen or being attacked in the night. Sleep only comes in 1 or 2 hour spurts.

But you can help men, women, and children escape the dangers of the streets. You can help people during the hardest time of their lives.
