Support Rich Duffield, Nations of Coaches Character Coach
Rich is currently serving as a full-time Nations of Coaches Character Coach at James Madison University in Harrisonburg, VA.
Rich grew up in West Virginia and has a degree in Sports Management and Marketing from Marshall University. After working for a year in the athletic department at James Madison University, he joined the staff of Cru. He and his wife, Becky, served with Cru campus ministry and Athletes in Action for 25 years, primarily in NC and KY. In addition to being with the team, he loves watching his children’s sporting events and being outdoors.
The idea of being with a team and in a position to influence influencers is something that motivates Rich. Each coach, player, and support staff of a team is someone who has a platform to influence many. He desires to see the game of basketball used for its original purpose of pointing people to the Master Coach and letting Him be the primary influencer in their life.
Rich wants to give everyone associated with the team an opportunity to respond to the claims of Christ, help them to grow in their faith, and equip them to have an influence of their own. Your partnership toward this goal is welcomed and valued.
Rich and Becky have one son, Sawyer, and one daughter, Millie.
