Support Brandon Henry, Nations of Coaches Character Coach Engagement Coordinator
Brandon Henry serves as the Nations of Coaches Character Coach Engagement Coordinator. Since 2018, he has also volunteered as a Character Coach at the University of West Florida and Pensacola State College, combining his passion for sports with his calling to share the gospel and encourage coaches and student-athletes in their faith. In 2024, he was named Nations of Coaches Character Coach of the Year, and in 2025, he began leading the Character Coach Captains initiative.
Prior to joining Nations of Coaches, Brandon worked in the medical field from 2008–2011 before transitioning into education, where he taught and coached at the high school level from 2011–2017. During that time, he coached multiple sports at West Florida High School.
Alongside his coaching career, Brandon served as Director of Collegiate Ministries at Olive Baptist Church, where he began his journey as a Character Coach with the Pensacola State College men's basketball team. He later served as Director of Recreation Ministries and Collegiate Sports Liaison, partnering with numerous athletic programs at the University of West Florida and Pensacola State College.
Brandon has been married to his wife, Krista, since 2008. They have two sons—John Luke and James Titus.
