Doctrine: Fall - God Judges
“Doctrine” seeks to trace the big theological themes of Scripture along the storyline of the Bible. Each month in 2020, we will be releasing a set of content – a one-hour teaching, Q&A, re-written e-book chapter (in English and Spanish), and lecture notes – related to each chapter of the newly re-written “Doctrine” book. We pray it will be beneficial to you as you study the Bible and dive deeper into who God is.
In June, the topic is the Fall. The Bible says that God made everyone and everything “very good”. This intended state of beauty and harmony in all things is described in the Old Testament as “shalom”. Everything is now very bad because something has gone very wrong as we have wrecked shalom.
