Doctrine: Worship - God Transforms

“Doctrine” seeks to trace the big theological themes of Scripture along the storyline of the Bible. Each month in 2020, we will be releasing a set of content – a one-hour teaching, Q&A, re-written e-book chapter (in English and Spanish), and lecture notes – related to each chapter of the newly re-written “Doctrine” book. We pray it will be beneficial to you as you study the Bible and dive deeper into who God is.

In October, the topic is worship. Worship is love in action. Worship is making sacrifices so that we can outpour our resources (e.g. time, money, emotion, energy) to someone or something that we prioritize above all else. The question, therefore, is not whether or not someone worships, but instead who or what they worship and how they worship.
