Discover how God has uniquely gifted you for his glory and to serve others

“Just as a body, though one, has many parts, but all its many parts form one body, so it is with Christ. For we were all baptized by one Spirit so as to form one body—whether Jews or Gentiles, slave or free—and we were all given the one Spirit to drink. Even so the body is not made up of one part but of many” (1 Corinthians 12:12–14).

These words from Paul, written to the church in Corinth, are a valuable reminder to us today. As believers we are the body of Christ, but just like a physical body, we all have unique and critical responsibilities to ensure the body works the way God designed it to work. 

Chapter 12 in 1 Corinthians talks about the spiritual gifts given to us by the Holy Spirit so that we can fulfill our personal role in God’s kingdom purpose. 

Do you know your spiritual gifts?

One of the best ways you can grow in spiritual maturity is to discover how you are uniquely gifted to serve in God’s kingdom. You may currently be serving, yet joy is absent from your service. Or you may feel God leading you to a different kind of service or ministry and aren’t sure why. You may already know about spiritual gifts, but you aren’t quite sure how to discover yours accurately.
