There are many elderly Russian Jews in Israel who suffer from chronic medical problems or disabilities. They need basic nursing assistance and physical care to be able to stay in their homes without having to be moved to an institutional facility.

In response, ICEJ’s team of nurses is providing care on a daily basis, even meeting their emotional needs as Russian speaking staff form friendships and let each one know how precious they are. For many, ICEJ's Homecare visits have become the highlight of their week.
