Teach your family biblical, foundational doctrines of the Christian faith
For hundreds of years the Christian church has used catechisms — collections of questions and answers — to teach biblical, foundational Christian truths to congregants and their families.
The New City Catechism Devotional summarizes key Christian beliefs through 52 weekly devotions. Each week’s devotional looks at a question and answer about a specific aspect of Christian doctrine, and features a scripture reading, a short prayer and a devotional commentary.
Tim Keller along with contemporary pastors such as John Piper and Kevin DeYoung, as well as historical figures such as Augustine, John Calvin, and Martin Luther are the source of each week’s commentary.
When you give to Gospel in Life in July, we’ll send you a copy of The New City Catechism as our thanks. And to go along with it, we’ll also include an extra resource — The New City Catechism for Kids.
The New City Catechism for Kids contains the 52 questions found in the primary New City Catechism and shorter, simplified answers. Answers are short enough for children to read, understand, and memorize. It’s a great way to include everyone in the family when using this devotional plan.
We’d like to send you these two versions of The New City Catechism Devotional as our thanks for your gift below to help Gospel in Life share the love of Christ with people all over the world.
Thank you for your generosity and prayers!
