Greetings,

My why is bigger than just traveling to another country.

I want to break generational cycles and build a new legacy for myself and my family. I want to grow into a confident, independent young woman who understands her value and walks in self-love.

I was selected for this leadership experience because of my participation and leadership in Pretty Purpose and other empowerment programs. I am actively involved in Pretty Purpose, Hebron Youth Empowerment Programs, Girls For A Change, and I completed the Girls With Pearls program. I also volunteer with Friendship Circle, supporting individuals with special needs.

I work hard in tutoring to stay focused on my education, and at home, I am a proud big sister to my younger brother who has special needs. Helping him has taught me patience, compassion, and responsibility.

Traveling to Ghana will help me understand culture, history, and leadership in a deeper way. It will stretch me, challenge me, and help me see what is possible for my future.

I don’t just want to dream about success — I want to prepare for it.
