Meet Bauer! His name is pronounced like "Bower," and he’s such a special cat. Bauer came to the shelter under heartbreaking circumstances after his owner passed away, but he’s handling it with so much grace.

He’s incredibly sweet, though he can be a little shy at first. Once he feels safe, Bauer absolutely blossoms—he loves being petted and will lean into every bit of affection you offer. Oh, and catnip? He can’t get enough of it! Watching him roll around with a catnip toy is guaranteed to bring a smile to your face.
