It’s Leap Year, and we are inviting individuals and their families to “Take A Leap For Faith” to help raise awareness and funds to support Faith Community Health!

Send your fun family photos taking a Leap For Faith to photo@faithcommunityhealth.org to be displayed, showing your support on our website and social media platforms. Your support of $29 helps those in need obtain primary care health services, mental healthcare, prescription medications, and vision services.
