Albert F. Campbell Endowed Scholarship Fund
The Rev. Dr. Albert F. Campbell Endowed Scholarship is established in Palmer Seminary’s endowment fund in honor of Dr. Campbell, beloved Pastor Emeritus of Mt. Carmel Baptist Church in Philadelphia. Dr. Albert F. Campbell exemplified pastoral leadership and public service for decades in the Philadelphia area having led a congregation of over 3,000 members, raised a family, wrote books, and been a father in the ministry to numerous people.
This award was established through the generosity of Rev. Dr. Wayne (MDiv '98) and Dr. Lisa Croft. The Campbell Scholarship will be awarded each year to an African American student enrolled in the Master of Divinity degree program (or its equivalent) at Palmer Seminary who show great potential for effective pastoral ministry. We invite you to contribute a one-time or monthly recurring gift to this fund in honor of Dr. Campbell. Dr. Albert F.
