Just as we’ve always done: by following God’s word.
For example, Jesus’ last recorded earthly words to his followers were:
“Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you” (Matthew 28:19–20).
Our calling as Christians is to make disciples, to baptize them, and to teach them.

And may we all take heart in Jesus’ final words before his ascent: “And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age” (Matthew 28:20).
