Sanctity of Life

• Justice Neil Gorsuch was nominated, a solid constitutionalist judge, who values life.
• The Mexico City Policy was reinstated, causing the International Planned Parenthood Federation to lose $100 million in taxpayer funding for abortions overseas.
• Though Democrats voted down the bill, President Trump promised to sign the Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act, banning abortions after 20 weeks when the unborn feel pain.

Religious Liberty

• President Trump’s Administration declared January 16 as Religious Freedom Day.
• An executive order signed by President Trump has changed how the federal government treats religious liberty.

Defense of Family

• President Trump officially withdrew 469 regulations impacting small and family businesses.
• The Tax Cuts and Jobs Act was signed into law, giving families a much-deserved financial break.
• Unemployment is at a record low at 4.1%.

Education

• The defunding of schools that don’t comply with the Obama-era transgender bathroom policy was put to an end.

National Sovereignty

• To protect our country and allies from terrorism, the Trump Administration is committed to defeating ISIS and has made major strides in this battle against evil.

Support for Israel

• The United States now recognizes Jerusalem as Israel’s capital, moving the U.S. Embassy there from Tel Aviv.
• Our nation’s relationship with Israel and with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has been restored.

Sexual Exploitation

• January was declared as National Slavery and Human Trafficking Prevention Month.
• President Trump signed an executive order to dismantle transnational criminal organizations, including those that profit off human trafficking.
