What is Christ Bible Seminary?

Christ Bible Seminary (CBS), located in Nagoya, Japan, is the primary ministry of Christ Bible Institute (CBI). CBI, founded in 2005, exists to equip Christians in Japan for gospel ministry and seeks to help the church multiply and thrive for Japan and for the world. CBS is a school which provides theological education to train leaders in the church and other Christians for gospel ministry.

We have been a part of this story since 2003, when we were established as a U.S.-based non-profit organization with a purpose of advocating for CBI and, as of 2023, for 一般社団法人 CBI.
