Respond Now to a World in Crisis

Our world is characterized by instability, volatility, and fragility. Unfortunately, mainstream media only covers a select portion of the world’s tragedies, and the full extent of human suffering is not widely known. We trust the local churches that we partner with around the world to know what the needs of their communities are  in times of crisis, inviting us to come alongside them and respond in love.

And we are responding now. Flash flooding in Kenya, unrest in DR Congo, the war in Ukraine - with so much brokenness in our world, our Crisis Response funds have been depleted for 2024. And it’s only May.

Will you help enable us to continue responding to crises as they happen by giving to Crisis Response today?

CBM will be supporting victims of flooding in Kenya with basic needs such as shelter, clothing, and food. Additionally, both short-term and long-term resolutions to the damage inflicted will be addressed. Together, with the local administration and community members, shelters will be reconstructed, water storage will be provided, sanitation and clean water solutions will be implemented, and the re-establishment of livelihoods will be supported.

In emergencies like this and so many others, we can be the hands and feet of Jesus wherever it is needed.
