CDTC Transformers literally transform the lives of children with special healthcare needs with their dedicated monthly donation. Just $50 a month ensures a single child receives medical care in our Patient-Centered Primary Care Center. Payments at the Transformer level may be made monthly , or in full to fulfill the pledge.

We have also created two NEW levels of giving:

  • CDTC Power Transformers make an annual commitment to contribute $2,500 to supercharge care for patients
  • CDTC Mega Transformers make an annual commitment to contribute $5,000 to be the ultimate force for transformation
