Michael worked hard and graduated from DePaul University, filling his family with immense pride. However, the road to a career and independence still felt uncertain. Not because he lacked drive— just the right fit.

Aspire’s Employment Training Program gave Michael the path forward he deserves. Today, he has a career at Parts Town, where his strengths are recognized and he truly belongs. He leaves for work with purpose and comes home tired in the best way. He is fulfilled.

He is proud to work hard and bring home a paycheck, and he talks about his job with a sense of ownership that still catcheshis family off guard.

Outside of work, his love for sports, especially football, comes alive through his podcast. More than 200 episodes later, he still lights up when he talks about his latest recording.
