Church Leadership Golf Tournament

SAGU created the Sutton Family Church Leadership Golf Tournament to raise awareness of the University’s Church Leadership Degree Scholarship fund.

Area pastors, church staff, and SAGU alumni compete for top golf prizes, a year of bragging rights, and learn all about SAGU students who major in Church Leadership degree programs and the University's charge to inspire more young men and women to answer the call to church ministry. Gary Sutton, chairman of the commission on advancement, shares the vision behind the Church Leadership Degree Scholarship fund and why he and his family have committed $100,000 annually to SAGU students. SAGU wants to see 100 churches participate in the golf tournament over the next 5 years of The 2027 Project.

When you submit your information, the Advancement Office will contact you and work to find a spot for your team or place you on a waitlist.
